So how do I work with a wine broker? The post is titled how to work with wine brokers, but I didn't really glean much advice on how to work with one. Is this more of a "Why working with brokers is good?" post? And is it targeted to distributors or producers/crushpad customers?

I just learned that the Redwood Hill Farms made goat milk cheeses BEFORE Laura Chenel. In fact, she housed her goats at Redwood Hill before she got her own land. Nonetheless, our county is home to happy goats. Enjoy their milk, nothing to BAH about.

Ashton- Very well crafted and thought out piece. It's been exciting to see a new wave of culinary classes offered throughout the Bay Area in recent years. Visitors have opportunities to slice into everything from butchering classes, udon noodle making or knife skills.

In Sonoma, I'd like to recommend three additional culinary experiences I've had an opportunity to collaborate with over the years. Ramekins offers a variety of well organized classes. Sheana Davis' cheese making experiences at Epicurean Connection are also winners. Bibby Gignilliant's SF based, Parties that Cook brings their culinary team building activities to wine country as well.

In Napa, The Fatted Calf's classes in butchering & charcuterie are yummy.

Thanks Ashton
