Harvest Crush Camp • October 10th

If this is your first time making wine or if you are looking to share the winemaking experience with friends & family, harvest Crushcamps are great places to start.
Working a harvest "crush" is incredibly exciting, educational and extremely dirty. Make no mistake... winemaking is anything but glamorous. However, if you don't mind purple fingers, wine-splashed clothing and truly want to learn how top quality wines are produced, this immersive experience will remove the veil to winemaking Oz.
You work alongside cellar hands and winemakers on wines currently in production. You'll learn by doing as you sort, de-stem and crush grapes, punch down fermentation bins, view wines being pressed to barrel and participate in the sensory analysis of different grape varietals. It's the real deal.
Crushcamps are held daily at 5:30pm on weekdays and 11:30am on weekends during harvest.
