Frequently Asked Questions - How Do I Get My Wine?

Ordering wine shipments or pickups through Crushnet

Now that your wine is bottled, it's easy to get your wine shipped or prepared for an in-person pickup. All orders are prepared by our logistics partner, WineDirectSM, and will call orders are available for pickup at their Napa Valley fulfillment center (See directions here).

To order your wine, log into your Crushnet account and order via the "My Cellar" section, found on the left side navigation. To do so, follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to "My Cellar" in Crushnet and login. If you don't remember your password you can reset it there.
  2. Find the wine you would like to order and click "ship now." Then select your quantity.
  3. Select the shipping type. Depending on the location, you may select ground, 2nd day air, overnight, or pickup in person. The shipping rate schedule can be found here.
  4. For WILL CALL orders use the following "Ship To" address when placing your order in Crushnet:

    Front Office
    American Canyon, CA 94503
  5. Enter your payment information for shipping, and your order is placed.

WineDirectSM is open for pickups of WILL CALL orders, Monday-Friday from 8AM to 4PM.

WILL CALL orders can be expected to be ready for pick up about 72 hours after the order has been placed. It will take up to 24 hours to be sent to WineDirectSM, and up to 48 hours to get packed and prepared. The order may be ready sooner, so contact Crushpad Shipping (shipping@crushpadwine.com) to verify your order is ready. Do not contact Inertia directly, or show up without receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

* All will call orders must be picked up within 5 business days after the confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. If the order is not picked up within 5 days, WineDirectSM will return the order to inventory, and you will be charged a restocking fee. Please keep this in mind before placing pickup orders.
