Adoptions for Harvest 2011
Missed making wine with us in 2010? We've got some great Pinot Noirs, Cabernet Sauvignons, Syrahs and a handful of other varietals available. If you are making a barrel of 2011, you can take advantage of our volume discounts by adopting a barrel of 2010.
Sparkling Wine Adoption Barrels
A first for us. In 2009, we found ourselves with some extra Sonoma Coast Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and we decided to make some bubbles. 18 months later and we're actually pretty shocked just how good the wines turned out (credit where credit is due: we produced the wines at Mendocino's Rack and Riddle - the place to produce sparkling). There is a Blanc de Blancs in a very steely style and a Blanc de Noirs which is a bit more fruit-driven. Most of the sparkling was purchased ahead of production but we've got a couple hundred cases extra, waiting for your label. This will be an awesome holiday wine gift or, do like we do, knock down a bottle with Thai food!
You can purchase this wine in quarter-barrel (6 case) increments with your own label. Pricing is $28/bottle for quarter barrel, $26/bottle for half (12 cases) and $24/bottle for a full barrel (24 cases).
