San Francisco's Dissident Chef prefers to operate under the radar, serving up what he calls Sub Culture Dining. Catch him as he surfaces and enjoy a once in a lifetime feast (or twice in a lifetime if you attend both nights) that will leave Brill's personal cellar in tatters. Wines that were too old, too high-scoring or too rare for Michael to drink will be pulled out and poured, including 50 year old Italian rarities, 100 point Parker wines, and a slew of rare dessert wines.
